The macronutrient breakdown varies between plans and individual meals, however, you can always count on getting a variety of whole foods. We use ingredients that are nutrient-dense and fiber-rich, nourishing your body and helping you feel fuller for longer. That means plenty of vegetables, and then a range of whole grains, pulses, and lean animal protein (depending on which plan you select).
You can view the nutritional information and ingredients by clicking on the meal of interest on the menu. A pop-up screen will appear of the meal, there is a drop-down labeled "Ingredients & More" on the bottom right.
