You have no obligation to continue service past any given delivery, however, we do have a cancellation deadline (Friday 11:59 PM PT the week prior to the delivery date) as all of our meals are made fresh to order. You must request a meal plan cancellation prior to the billing date, or we will continue delivering meals to you.
Customers also have the option to deactivate their subscription through their dashboard page:
1. Click on "Account" at the top of your dashboard page.
2. Select "Edit" on active plans (all steps must be completed for each active subscription)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "cancel subscription"
4. Go through cancel process and submit.
If you have already been billed and cancelled your subscription after the fact does not mean the current week's order has cancelled. You must reach out to our Customer Experience team to see if the order can be stopped prior to fully processing and leaving our facility. You can contact in different ways from here.
*Please know that prior to being billed once you select your meals, you will have 12-24 hours to change your meal selections.
