Fresh N Lean is a weekly recurring subscription. The billing period is Wednesday - Monday.
Meal selection is available Tuesday from 12 pm PT until Friday at 11:59 pm PT. If meals are selected, billing starts 12-24 hours after the meals are selected for the following week’s delivery and before that billing occurs, you can make changes. If no meals are selected by Friday 11:59 pm PT, your next delivery will be chef-curated based on your meal plan and exclusions; billing will occur Saturday.
Our cut-off to skip, modify, or cancel is Friday at 11:59 pm PT. If a request needs immediate attention, we have live chats available from 7 am – 5 pm PT daily.
If you are billed Monday 6/5/23 your delivery is to arrive Friday 6/9, guaranteed end of the day Saturday 6/10. If you are billed on Wednesday 6/7/23, due to selecting your meals, then your delivery will arrive Friday 6/9, guaranteed end of the day Saturday 6/10.

If you are billed, like in the example above, your tracking for the current week may be pushed under "order history". On your Dashboard homepage under the current week's order status, you will click on "Order History". Here you can view all successfully billed orders. Choose your desired billing date's order, select "Receipt", and you can view the order's details: items ordered, invoices, and order shipments. Select "order shipments" and once a tracking number is available, the number will be available.
