All of our meals are gluten-free (no wheat). Two of our meal plans (Vegan, Vegan low-carb) are fully vegan, and our Paleo and Protein+ plans are also dairy-free. The only exception to the dairy-free rule is the Keto plan, which is a dairy-friendly diet, focusing on low carbs and high fats. Check out some of this week's meals on our menu page!
