You can also contact us in variety of ways from here. Please note that we need to be notified of order changes and/or pausing by Saturday (12:00 pm PT) for the following week’s delivery.
If you have already been billed and continue to skip your subscription after the fact, does not mean the current week's order has cancelled. You must reach out to our Customer Experience Team if the order can be stopped prior to fully processing and leaving our facility.
*Please know that once you select your meals, you have 12 hours to edit your selections and then will be billed.
